Our current work includes:

Star Wards — an exciting new project to enliven the experiences and accelerate the recovery of acute mental health inpatients.

MEdia — helping people with learning disabilities to make better use of the media

The Sense of Humour project, bringing more happiness and joy into the lives of people with profound and multiple learning disabilities.

Easy Does It – we began developing an initiative to make the world a better, fairer place through simple everyday actions. And then we found that another charity had also been developing something very similar! www.wearewhatwedo.org.uk is sensational, as is their book Change the World for a Fiver. There are still some ideas in our embryonic web feature that aren't included in wearewhatwedo, so feel free to visit both!

Healthwrite. This is a tinglingly simple concept we’re promoting within the NHS. It’s an initiative to enable and encourage patients to take notes during medical appointments, by providing pen and paper for patients seeing doctors and other health service staff.
